My steering wheel was locked in place when I came to the shop. The owner went out of his way and got me back on the road in less than one minute! If you need help with your vehicle, come here. The prices are great too!

I would put zero if it was an option. This place has horrible service. Today my husband took his wheel to get a tire placed on. They are directional tires and the guy was extremely rude and told my husband he did not tell him to put it on the right way. Now since he had to fix the tire on the rim he was mad and now we have marks all over the rim. They offered no compensation but did invite him back into building to fight 🤔😒 and started to run his mouth to my husband. This was not the same service I got when I used them at the beginning of the year the older gentleman at the counter and the guy that put the tire on then was very nice and attentive and was as careful as he could be then when I asked him to use care.

Joe is the BEST mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! He is very knowledgeable and responsive and respectful! He is on point when it comes to working with cars! Only come to his shop if you live in Ohio! He is so nice! I could write a whole essay about Joe! I highly recommend the shop! Thanks for everything Joe!

After getting brake work done, I assumed I’d be fine getting new tires here. I arrived to my appointment and there were no tires, and they didn’t arrive until 4 hours after my appointment time. Even after discussing the price, additional charges were added without proper discussion. As a business, proper and respectful communication, is at the very least bare minimum to conduct a day to day. I get these are “car people” but there’s no reason for these problems.
